Usir s.r.o. meets the legal requirements for the employment of persons with disabilities and our services can therefore be used as so-called “substitute performance”.
If you employ more than 25 people, you are obliged to employ a legally designated number of persons with disabilities.
If you do not meet the quota, you can alternatively compensate for the obligation by an annual levy of 2.5 times the average salary to the state budget for each person you should employ.
